About me: I am a 29 year old woman living and working in the Boston area. I graduated from Stonehill College in 2004 and just finished my Master's degree in Public Administration with a focus in disability services this past January. I just started a new job as an investigator for the Disability Law Center. It is an awesome opportunity to learn, and I'm loving it so far.
I am an unwavering optomist who tries to find the good in all people and every situation. I come from a large Irish family and I value them and and my friends above everything else. I have been blessed with wonderful people in my life and try never to take that for granted.
As for hobbies, I have many. I love to travel and have recently started exploring Europe. I went to Barcelona last year and am hoping to go to Dublin this spring. I also enjoy singing very much. I was in an a capella group in college and am hoping to get back into singing by accompanying my friend's band at some local clubs soon. I am also a big arts and crafts person. I love to crochet, cross-stitch, and sew. I know it's a bit grandmotherly, but I still love it.
My perfect date is pretty flexible. I am a die hard Boston sports team fan, so anyone with Red Sox or Patriot's tickets automatically has a place in my heart. I like romantic dinners and big outings, but I've found that some of the most romantic nights are spent on the couch watching TV. It really matters who you are with more than what you are doing.

Person To Meet: I have dated here and there, but still haven't found Mr. Right. I just became involved in LPA a couple of years ago, and I'm sorry I didn't do it sooner because I've met so many wonderful people. I am very open to meeting all kinds of people, but there are some things that are important to me in a potential mate.
I am looking for someone who values and appreciates their family and who hopes to have a family of his own one day. I hope to find someone who cares about the world's problems and who wants to work to help those in need, either through his profession or in his free time. I really enjoy community service and would love to find someone to share that passion with.
